Drugs with Dui- that is what the cops in the roads of California looked for. The drivers are penalized by the California vehicle law who so ever drive under the influence of alcohol or drug. The research made by the public health law specifies the effect of driving consuming alcohol and drugs. Mostly these are being found on the youths under the age of 21 who drive on a drunken state. The research gave evidence on the fact that the alcohol consumption leads to increase the toxic level in the blood which in turn makes the nervous system disable to perform work. This hence causes impairing between a person’s mental and physical stability. In such a case a person is no way fitted to drive in the road and consider being in drunken state. For such kind of offenders ignition interlock programs are being designed by the public health law and tried to make it effective with the sole aim to reduce driving in drunken state.
