The saddest part is that that the state of California is currently suffering from the highest rate of deaths in the nation’s history, caused by drug abuse. But then of course, this could not have a discernible impact on the state and the drug crime rate is skyrocketing like never before. This observation was confirmed by a recent drug policy study conducted by the United States Department of Justice. Even though the drug crime arrests have shot up, laws made stricter than before and conviction sentences made more aggressive, the policies have not had much positive effects on the state’s crime scene.

There are several drugs users in the state who are not deterred by these harsh outcomes of their crimes. This drug is also sourced from Mexico. To a lesser extent, the brown tar heroin has also been seized by the law enforcement officers in some areas of California.
